“We do not accept returns once the item is sold. However, while unboxing, please make an unboxing video. If there is any damage found at that time, we will arrange a replacement.” At Akshira Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is important to us. • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase

• Products must be:

Any product that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

• Akshira Ayurveda does not provide reverse pickup services

• Customers must ship the product back within 10 days of purchase

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance to ensure the product reaches us safely.
