You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or order under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate and complete information.
04. Health & product disclaimer
Akshira Ayurveda products are Ayurvedic formulations intended to support general wellness. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and results vary from person to person.

05. Wellness consultations
Consultations with Dr. Inchara, BAMS provide Ayurvedic wellness guidance based on the information you share. Please share complete and accurate details. Consultations are not suitable for medical emergencies. In an emergency, contact your nearest hospital immediately. Do not stop any prescribed medication without speaking to your treating doctor.
06. Products, pricing & availability
We try to display product details, images and prices accurately. Actual packaging may vary slightly. All prices are in Indian Rupees and, and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
07. Orders & payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or confirmation for COD) and dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an unserviceable address. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners, and you agree to their terms as well.
08. Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.
09. Reviews & content you share
When you submit reviews, photos or comments, you confirm they are genuine and your own, and you allow us to display them on our website and social media. We may remove content that is false, offensive, or promotional.
10. Intellectual property
The Akshira Ayurveda name, logo, product names, designs, text, images and other content on this website belong to Akshira Ayurveda or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our prior written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akshira Ayurveda is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products, or from misuse or use against the directions on the label. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify Akshira Ayurveda against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the website or products.
13. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Shivamogga, Karnataka]. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern amicably.
